We use Jornaya in order to better understand our users’ needs, to optimize this service, and validate your submission of information on our Sites. Jornaya uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior, their devices, and their interaction with our Sites. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. This information may also include recording of a user’s interaction with the website such as mouse and keyboard inputs and mobile gestures. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

We are not permitted to provide access to specific pieces of Personal Information if the Personal Information is sensitive or creates a high risk of potential harm from disclosure to an unauthorized person such as financial information, social security numbers, and driver’s license numbers.

Right To Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information we have collected about you. Authorized Agent

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a California resident, you must provide a copy of a lawful power of attorney or a written signed authorization from the consumer along with proof your identity. We may contact you and the consumer on whose behalf you claim to act to verify your identity, the consumer’s identity, and your authorization to act on the consumer’s behalf.

Non-Discrimination Notice

We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their privacy rights under law or this Privacy Policy.

California “Do Not Track” Disclosure

Do Not Track is a web browser privacy preference that causes the web browser to broadcast a signal to websites requesting that a user’s activity not be tracked. At this time, our Site and Services do not respond to “do not track” signals.
